I Have been both skinny and fat during my lifetime. I can relate to a variety of different problems related to perceived body images and feelings. I know how it feels to lack confidence, struggle to run for 5 minutes, hate what you see in the mirror and not understand how to lose weight without extreme restrictions. On the other hand, I also know how it feels to be skinny, feel weak and therefore resulting in a severe lack of confidence.
Through my own journey of losing over 4 stone in the space of 12 months, I can relate to common struggles. If you are currently overweight, i know exactly how you feel and how you will feel during the duration of your weight loss journey. This has allowed me to build the most sustainable approach, through my 1-1 online coaching programmes, to finally achieve your weight loss goal, without hating the process.
I Have competed in boxing and running and am currently working towards competing in my first hyrox event (Bilbao February 10th 2024). I plan my own training around an approach that I enjoy, which covers all aspects needed to be developed, in order to perform and compete to a high level.
With the qualifications, experience and unwavering enthusiasm that I possess. I have been able to help many different people achieve a wide variety of health & fitness related goals.
I offer 1-1 PT sessions in Telford, Shropshire. I cater for all different abilities, whether you are a beginner just looking to increase your knowledge and confidence around the gym, or you are an athlete looking to utilise sports specific S&C to improve your athletic qualities , therefore resulting in, enhanced sporting performance. I am extremely confident in my ability to assist you with achieving your goals.
My online coaching programmes are designed to cater for clients who are looking to not only lose weight, but to learn how to keep it off and improve the overall quality of their life. I often find that people who have struggled with yo-yo dieting for years and have never found a sustainable approach, often gain immense value from this 1-1 bespoke programme.
